Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Share, distribute, or promote malicious, harmful, or illegal content or links.
• Violate any intellectual property rights by uploading or sharing unauthorized content.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, compromises, or abuses TapBreeze or other users.

Subscription Plans

• TapBreeze offers paid subscription plans (e.g., Marketer, Agency). By subscribing, you agree to the terms of payment and usage associated with your plan.
• Payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable after 14 days of service usage, except as required by law.
• TapBreeze reserves the right to modify subscription plans and pricing with prior notice.

Refund Policy

If you are a subscriber of the Marketer or Agency plan, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of your initial subscription. Refunds will not be provided for renewal payments or after the 14-days period has passed.

To request a refund, you must contact us through our support channels within the specified timeframe. We will process eligible refunds promptly using the original payment method.

Please note that refunds may not be granted if there has been significant usage of the service during the subscription period.

Intellectual Property

• TapBreeze and its services, content, and trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of TapBreeze.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or business purposes.

Limitation of Liability

TapBreeze is not liable for:

• Any loss of data, service interruptions, or technical issues.
• User-generated content or third-party links shared through our platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of TapBreeze.

Privacy

Termination

TapBreeze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if a user violates these Terms or engages in any misuse of the platform.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
